Jim the Sorcerer

Behold Jim the Sorcerer!

Younger brother of Tim the Enchanter and sister Kim the Impossible.

This was my Dungeons and Dragons character that I played at a recent Twinheim event.

Easy conversion from Reaper Miniatures used the following models. Vistaril Quillscratch SKU: 03393

and the Rabbit from the Familiar Pack IV SKU: 02756

the ram horns are from the Skeleton Warriors Sprue for Warhammer: The Old World by Games Workshop.

A great model to paint and a wonderful addition to my collection.

Sir Aidene, my D&D Paladin Character

Sir Aidene, my Paladin character that I painted for my daughter’s first Dungeons and Dragons campaign.

Based off the “Sir Danarel the Holy” model (SKU: 07076) from Reaper Miniatures and inspired by “Sir Galahad” from “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”. Second one in from the right in last picture. Model was painted in oils.

This is one of the new 3D Resin Prints by Reaper and it is fantastic to paint and work with. Looking forward to painting more models cast in this material.

Art Vs. Artist 2023

Art Vs. Artist 2023

Some of my favorite pieces I painted this year.

I painted a total of 881 models. Not bad considering I painted

a total of 1,213 in 2022 and the largest amount was in 2021 with an insane number of 1,649 models.

It was a big year for painting Warhammer 40,000 models.

The Warlord Titan was one of the highlights of the year and the biggest model I have painted to date.

I am looking forward to the new year and the challenges that await me.

Can’t stop thinking Big!

Keep on Painting and Happy New Year!
